1) Repairs: First we replace all damaged all roof, barge and ridge tiles. The condition of any roof valleys will also be checked, repaired or replaced. The cement holding the tiles in place often cracks and fills with mould over the years, we will repoint all ridges for a secure finish.

2) Cleaning: After clearing the roof from debris, we pressure clean the roof and spouting. Removing all dirt and mould is essential for a long lasting coating. We pay close attention to leave your property as clean as when we arrived.
3) Seal & base coat: If the tiles have oxidised over the years we first apply a sealant to protect the tile. A high build base coat is then applied to give the tiles a smooth finish levelling out any wear.
4) Top Coat: The final stage is two top coats of either TileFlex 2000 or NXT-cool zone, in a colour of your choice. Applied by one of our approved professionals, we will leave your roof looking like new and protected from the elements.
